For the price, the ML240R was a good value as it effectively cost close to what mainstream 120mm cooling systems typically retail for.
Build quality and finish of the radiator was better than expected at this price point. The twin fans were quite audible especially at higher RPMs but worked well enough and can be adjusted if connected to a motherboard header. Some of the paint on the pump housing flaked off allowing tiny amounts of light to bleed through from the internal LED - so obviously care needs to be taken during assembly.
Packaging and fitting instructions were excellent making it quick to install. Fixing hardware for just about every modern motherboard socket to be accommodated. I was surprised that even socket 775 was supported by this cooler.
The fans can be fitted either air flow direction or both sides of the radiator if required. The finish on the screws were of excellent quality despite the budget price.
The radiator hoses are sleeved and appear durable. It should be noted that they may not be long enough if the unit is fitted inside large computer cases.
Included in the box was cabling and a controller that allows the LED colour to be changed as well as mode of operation (flash, static, etc.). It is also possible to connect directly to a compatible motherboard RGB header for controlling via the BIOS or using software.
In summary; great value for the price with good performance and decent aesthetics. Paint finish on pump assembly easily chipped and the clips that secure it to the motherboard mount can be a bit fiddly during installation.
