If you have an older gaming rig with an mSATA slot, you could use Intel SRT software to make your small, unobtrusive mSATA SSD act as a cache for your large HDD, effectively creating a hybrid drive. Clever stuff. It worked under Windows 7, but unfortunately older Intel SRT versions that support older chipsets, may not be Windows 10 compatible. Without Intel SRT, all you have is an SSD with low-end performance and a high price tag, because mSATA itself is obsolete.
