Like all Corsair PSU's (and products in general) this is extremely well made, and for a PSU it's very efficient, provides more than enough wattage to handle my 2700x and Vega 64. Plus it's backed up by a 7 year manufacturer's warranty. Given a good clean out of dust every now and again and not pushing it's power delivery to 850w all the time, I expect this PSU to outlast every other component in my rig, and with a little luck my next few rigs after that. The golden rule I learnt the hard way from my first ever PC build was to never skimp on the power supply: for the money, the build quality, efficiency and peace of mind from the long warranty is worth every penny. Installation was a doddle, screwed in like a charm and holds firmly in place. As it's semi-modular, the only cables permanently attached are essential for the PC, i.e. the 24x pin connector. The only extra cables you'll need are SATA power and the double-headed 8x pin PCIe power. This makes cable routing and management so easy: you only need to plug in what you need so don't have to worry about hiding any excess cables.
