I'm am disappointed in this case. This is not Silent base but Vibro base. This case is not Silent at all when it comes to gaming. That stupid plastic On/off switch vibrates because it can move freely! The On/Off switch vibrates!!! Yeah and makes a lot of noise to! The top cover starts to make noise when you add an extra fan on the top. I removed the fan, changed it to another. The result is the same. With or without anti vibrational washers. Be quiet! If You put plastic on top of the metal that is vibrating, because you give an option to install up to 2 fans, you should test it for vibrations/resonance. At first, I liked the design and build quality. But I changed my mind. My cheap aerocool case 0.5 thick, without sound insulation, was more solid and quiet then this case. And a lot cheaper. silent 600 is 0.7mm. I paid almost 90 for it! Aerocool strike x one was only 35! Side panels are not straight, because of that hole in the middle, the side panel is curved! and that's, why there are gaps when you mount it on the case and also this might make noise from vibrations. Also when this case gets wormed up, the plastic makes cracking sounds. Its ok when it happens sometimes like with my monitor, but not all the time. I built my pc in about 5 hours. And for the next week All Was doing is removing pc from the table (you should now how hard it is to do with all the wires and tight spaces under the table). Then I was trying to figure how what, why and where is making resonance sound. I was removing parts, like fans and HDD. Adding duct tape everywhere, to stop direct metal-plastic contact. It was terrible. I even tried everything, even tried to make the side panels straight because I thought that might be the problem. Only made 1 panel look busted. All my pc components are brand new, not cheap and mounted properly. So this us clearly "be quiet" fault. I would return this case back to CCL but just because I need my PC and I have waisted to much time building it I can't do it. Also, I don't think they will accept used cases. Now I'm stuck with it for another 5 years. Thanks "Be quiet!". More like be ripped off. I'm writing this here because when I bought this case, I only saw good reviews about it with the only minus - the top cage is not removable. And they sell these cases now, for a high price. People should know what they're buying.
