Q: I am trying to install a card reader in the 2.5 drive support but nothing can screw in anywhere, what sort on fixing/convertion kit do I need?
Answer by Matthew on 26th May 2016
It should be a case of just using the screws included with the case, as it does support a card reader in the 3.5" external drive slot. -MR

Q: Hi, does this case fit 2 basic 4gb ram cards. In other words, does it have 2 or more slots. Thanks

This item is just a case. It will not come with any internal components and these would need to be purchased separately. The amount of memory that you can fit would be dependent on whatever motherboard you choose to install. -Danlevan

Q: hi my motherboard has'nt any usb 3 connections ,is there any sort of pci card that you sell that would connect the usb 3 port on the front of this case, thanks.
Answer by Dan@CCL on 27th March 2014
We do, CNT0195 has an internal USB 3.0 header that will give you the port running at USB 3.0 speed. You can also convert it with a CAB2485 so that it works as a USB 2 port. -Danlevan

Q: Can you provide any more info on how easy this case would be to open the front on? I've very arthritic hands, & can't deal with the front on a beautiful XBlade case because the screws are rather inaccessible for me.Thanks
Answer by Jake on 11th March 2014
Unfortunately the screws are relatively awkward on this case too. Due to what you have told me, i would stay away from CiT cases in general as they are not the most accessible. I would try a Coolermaster or Corsair case for accessibility for yourself. -Jake
