Firstly it doesn't have a LED Display, thets just the two top power UPS devices .
The UPS 1200 was dead easy to install. I had a USB extension lead which was useful as I hadnt space on one side of the desk for both PC and UPS. The instructions are a bit brief so its un clear how you replace the batteries when needed. It looks like some screws need removing and then? The rest of the set up was easy, well sort off as the program has no instructions and it took some fiddling to find you need to select Monitor mode Mega(USB) to get the program and UPS to talk to each other. The rest was no problem, again except an annoying need to reboot the PC if you open the program as it isnt closed back to monitoring mode and is left running resulting with a warning over it when you close down.
I dont know if the UPS has intervened as there is nothing useful to tell. There are Event logs but what they tell you I have no idea (again no instructions) so what UPS bypass or inverter mode mean I have no idea, UPS connected is clear (I think as this pops up at intervals but as it on all the time?).
Was it worth getting, when I have a power cut I will know. Its nowhere as good as the very much more expensive UPS I have on my server, that has software they monitors everything. If it saves things from one major problem its been worth it but I havent had the courage to try out a disconnection.
