In the event your system fails due to a hardware error, in the first 30 days, your system is covered by a standard Collect & Return service. After the first 30 days, a fully qualified MendIT® engineer will be dispatched to your location on the next business day* to repair your device onsite... hassle free!

If for any reason the MendIT® technicians are unable to repair your device under the warranty agreement (i.e. parts aren't available or the cost to repair is greater than the value of the device when new) you will receive a brand new replacement to the equivalent specification.

Its hard to say really. The PC works, just a lot slower than it should. Order was late, exactly the same PC spec as my friend. Its been 4 weeks with MendIt, my friends PC arrived not even turning on. Mine arrived working but it wasnt until my friends PC arrived that I realised mine wasnt. Either way, CCL engineers wired up a bunch of stuff wrong, I have to wait 25 seconds before I see the BIOS splash and Mendit are saying its a BIOS config option and won't repair it despite this 3 year warranty and "quality" certificate from CCL. Just avoid it.

Whenever I need a new desktop I always go with CCL as they can put together custom rigs and ship them out quickly for a great price. The first PC I ordered from them is still going strong 5 years later and the quality of this order seems just as good if not better!

I had planned to buy a PC with pretty much this set-up and was amazed at the sale price CCL had on this. Arrived really well packaged on the day I requested. The quality of the build is great- really beautiful cable management. The case design is attractive and compact and the case lighting is as you would expect for a build of this spec. So far so good performance-wise, though the case fans are a little noisy when gaming (I need to look at the set up there when I get time). Really pleased. Thanks CCL.

Thanks Richard, Luke and Joshua thank you again I need to say those guys are amazing, I love it they did a perfect job, delivery time was as promise 10 days, product came without a scratch, packed perfect in the box, I checked all the component, everything new except for the ram that had a little scratch on the side but you cannot even see it if you dont open the rig. Only thing they could have done better was to send the gpu box (they sent every other empty box) but I guess there was not space not the end of the world, and the other thing is that the cable of the gpu are going underneath the gpu covering a bit the rgb light if you see it on the side way I guess they couldnt have put it all the way up maybe there was not space, but I have to say the cable management inside is super tidy so again they did a perfect job, pc running smoothly and fast. The rig came with armoury crate and Icue installed and they dont work very well together and Take lots of resources but thats happen when you get an asus cpu I think its installed by default ( if you do it just need to uninstall and you are done).but as you can see in the pic as well not much we can say about it perfect in every way, I was a little bit scared when I saw few bad reviews but there was no reason to be. Thanks again guys for make such a professional job in a short time, I will always buy from this website, the best of the best.
