After the first 30 days, a fully qualified MendIT® engineer will be dispatched to your location on the next business day* to repair your device onsite... hassle free!

If for any reason the MendIT® technicians are unable to repair your device under the warranty agreement (i.e. parts aren't available or the cost to repair is greater than the value of the device when new) you will receive a brand new replacement to the equivalent specification.

CCL website was easy to use to customise my PC. After placing order I tried to contact CCL but they did not respond to calls or emails. I have since received an apology for the delay in responding. You can track the progress of the PC build using your CCL account on their website. The build was quick, delivery was efficient and the PC comes with after sales support. So far I haven't needed any after sales support because the PC works like a dream. It is exactly what I wanted, fast to boot up and load content, powerful - allowing smooth gameplay with high quality graphics, and quiet to run. I had shopped around and compared several PC providers but chose CCL because they offered great value for money. I will definitely consider CCL again in future.

Awesome machine for a very reasonable price. CCL is great as you can customise any of the pre built machines to suit your exact needs. Machine was built and delivered in under 2 weeks - great service! Only minor criticism would be that the expanding foam placed in the case to protect it during shipping was quite difficult to remove, and I thought I was going to break a component at one point whilst trying to remove it from the case. Otherwise very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend CCL.

Overall the pc has been flawless so far, the design is sleek and cool, the airflow is great(barely gets warm when running high resource demanding games),the packaging and assembly of the pc was great as there was not a single scratch or dent on the metal case or the glass panel. When I first received the build, I had to install my old hard drive from my old pc and i was surprised to find how neat and tidy the cables were inside the case and how easy it was for me to install my old drive into the docking area.

The 3060TI is bottle necked by the AMD R5 5600X by about 10%. why sell a PC like this, I am already thinking about upgrading the CPU, but, if I do this I am thinking about going AIO, therefore new CPU and AIO I am looking at a 400 quid extra, 400 quid for a 10% additional, not worth it. So I am stuck with no real upgrade options. By no means is this a bad PC but wanted a better upgrade path.
