Product good. Customer Service shocking. Spoke to staff having a message appearing stating chosen products not compatible. I also requested a code for their Radeon promotion of 2 free games, If took 3 weeks for a reply asking for photo evidence. I had sent 3 emails prior explaining I was away on holiday for a few weeks. Unable to follow up . Customer service are lucky to get 2 stars only because delivery was good.

A great computer that does everything that the manufacturer said it would do. I have bought computers and other products from CCL Computers for about ten years now and have been highly satisfied with both the products and service I have received from the firm. All the PCs have had a three year guarantee and I have never had a problem with any of them. Well packaged, with clear instructions for removing said packaging as well. Just be aware that if you purchase it without an OS, you need a disk drive to install all the drivers.

pc is very good the reason for low rating was customer service was really bad , had many attempts at phoning them and every time i was No. 2 in que then nothing , made contact in the end with an on line chat, they said i would be contacted by E-Mail with in 48 hours that was over 4 weeks ago, still have not heard, i wanted to upgrade my order but its to late now.

A really solid machine, with great build quality and attention to detail (e.g. cable management). It has so far played everything I've thrown at it, up to 4k resolution which I didn't think I could squeeze out of a 3060ti. Really happy with my purchase!
