I wanted to upgrade to a SSD over a mechanical drive on my main PC, after upgrading my laptop HDD to SSD. When I purchased the one for my laptop, I chose the Samsung Evo due to great reviews for the drive and its performance. I read that my MOBO could support m.2 NVME drives and therefore wanted to see what Samsung had to offer, due to the success of my laptop upgrade. Once I found that Samsung made their own NVME drives, I researched how well this drive was and have no regrets with my purchase.
I had to purchase from CCL after some fantastic previous service.
Installation of the drive was a doddle, a few technical glitches with keeping my HDD installed meant that booted to Windows, but with a quick remove of the drive solved this issue.
