Q: with this CPU is it recommended to go for a radiator or just a fan and if so what is the suggested cooling device

A basic third party tower cooler such as the Cooler Master TX3 would be fine if you're not planning on overclocking but you'd want either a watercooler or high end air cooler like a Noctua if you are. -Danlevan
