New mouse 'is gaming king'

A brand new mouse has hit the gaming market.

All dedicated gamers will know that there is a lot more to the pastime than building a collection of top titles and sitting back to hone your skills.

Perhaps just as important as the games at your disposal is the hardware you have on which to play - such as a top-quality PC - as well as other features, including a hi-tech gaming mouse. PC users will be only too aware of the importance of a functional and comfortable mouse if you are to achieve your best scores, reach new levels and win praise from the gaming community for your exploits.

With this in mind, it is good news that a new product is on the market and seemingly taking it by storm. Developer Roccat has stated the Savu mid-size hybrid mouse is the "new king" of the sector and it is set for widespread use.

In a statement released this week, Roccat said: "With its advanced Pro Optic sensor, the Savu delivers true 400, 800, 1,600 and 4,000 DPI – placing it at the pinnacle of optical gaming mice. The latest R3 sensor also delivers lag-free gaming without any interpolation and provides ultra-precise feedback during even the fastest movements."

It is also suggested that the Savu mouse is the first in the world to feature a statistics and trophy system, which is known as the Roccat Achievement Display.

News of the mouse is not the first welcome innovation in this area in recent times. In March, Razer's chief executive Min-Liang Tan took to Facebook to hint a left-handed version of its popular Naga gaming mouse could be put into production.

Whatever your preference in terms of which hand to use, it would seem the market is only too aware of the need for a high-quality mouse in the palm of each and every keen gamer.ADNFCR-1220-ID-801364502-ADNFCR
