Sniper Elite V2 is "incredibly challenging"

A challenging game is available to PC users.

With so many games on the market at the moment, any expert advice and recommendations on which titles to add to your collection are sure to be gratefully received. After all, nobody wants to waste their cash on a product that they find boring or of poor quality, while there is also the concern that a game will simply be too easy for somebody of your talent.

Luckily, the New Zealand Herald writer Angus Deacon has come up with a suggestion that is sure to interest and excite gamers in equal measure: Sniper Elite V2. Having first shot to fame with PC gamers back in 2005 when the original version was released, the title is back and it is now bigger and better than ever.

Mr Deacon described Sniper Elite V2 as "incredibly challenging". Indeed, he suggested that prior to playing it he believed himself to be a greater "one-man army" in the virtual world, but the game is difficult even for experts. It is therefore a good selection for those of you who want to test your capabilities at the highest level.

You may have played Battlefield and, as a result, deem yourself to be a "master headshot collector", but that is nothing compared to Sniper Elite V2, which is described as a "completely new kettle of fish".

The game has previously been released on consoles, but it is said to be difficult to control via these. As a result, it became a hit mainly with PC users, who were able to master its features. One of its greatest strengths is its realism, Mr Deacon noted, as he suggested the WWII shooters are particularly life-like.

Of course, you have many options in this market -in the last week, Activision Blizzard said subscription levels for its World of Warcraft game are stable, for example - but for a true challenge, Sniper Elite V2 might just be the answer.ADNFCR-1220-ID-801363414-ADNFCR
