Asus GTX 670 DirectCUII - Review

We put this card to the test

Conclusion

The card whilst currently not one of Nvidia’s newest cards is still a good purchase, as it offers massive amounts of performance and it can certainly handle most games at full settings at 1920x1080 as can be seen in our benchmark reviews, it is slightly overshadowed now by the GTX770, but the same model of card in that series has a £40 price premium and I am not sure if the performance difference would be all that much.

In setting up the card I had no issues, it was simply a case of plugging the card in and getting on with it however whilst removing the item from my system to be put away I did find one annoyance, because of the largeness of the cooler, and the way the heat pipes are laid out on the side it made it extremely awkward to remove the additional power cables that were required, however this is a minor criticism of such an amazing card.
