Creative Labs are known around the world for their audio technology and even more so when it comes to PC audio as they have a long standing history of providing PC audio solutions, which most of you will have in the computer you're using right now.
MicroStar International are well aware of the demands of the modern gamer, and have recently disclosed their plans to bring Sound Blaster Cinema audio chips to their G-series motherboards in a bid to greatly improve audio for gamers.
“We are very excited to provide MSI with the latest in Sound Blaster sound technology on its new gaming motherboards. This is the next step of our great on-going relationship where MSI introduces new standards of Sound Blaster audio technology designed specifically for motherboard products,” Low Long Chye, Creative Technology.
Surround sound via stereo headphones, improved effects, smart volume control, SBX Bass, SBX Crystallizer, Dialog Plus, Surround and more will certainly add to the feature set. It is great that motherboard manufacturers are realising that most of us just don't need or want standalone sound cards anymore. Asus know this and have put high-end audio right on to their premium boards, now its MSI's turn; I wonder who will follow suit next?
If you want to check out the Creative hardware and a range of other new features on the new MSI G-Series of motherboards, they will be on show at this year’s CeBIT.
