I bought this Asus RTX 4070 to replace an aging GTX 1060. The 4070 is a great card at what is, these days, an affordable price. I work with Davinci Resolve and the playback and render times are massively improved, along with overall stability, particularly when using multiple effects. The card is very quiet, even under load and the small form factor means it will fit most cases. I'm really pleased with my purchase, and glad that I waited for the 40 series to arrive.
