Although tiny this was easily a good buy. With a 3400g and good ram it runs my media centre beautifully. With it being so small it hides away and doesnt distract from anything. It is very easily built in. I had no problem building the system and I will probably buy a second one. I upgraded the cpu cooler to a quieter one but that is it.

I guess I may be a special case ? I wanted this for a low idle wattage server to be used as a nas , emby server etc. Running 3 Debian server and only using 18 watts of electricity on idle. My first ASRock DeskMini X300 ( not from ccl computer ) was DOA. I needed to send it to my local repair shop to upgrade the bios for my ryzen 5700g chip.

This thing is tiny, well designed and looks spectacular. Great bit of kit for a fun, powerful tiny PC build.

First impressions are - it's very compact! Same size as a ATX PSU (not including cables). Good value for money as doesn't have the small form factor tax. Fit and finish are good - but the powder coating is only OK (mine has marked already). Not much to add to complete the build, but a bit tricky to get the case back on. Good Compact. Some expansion possible Allows for 2 m.2 drives and 2 SSDs! Can use fast RAM ( I am using 3200 MT/s). Good Value for money. Quick to set-up (all cables / screws are included). You can buy expansion options - I bought the extra * 2 USB Sockets. Works under Linux. Bad Not enough USB sockets as standard (Front = 2, 1 is type "C", Back = 2). The HDMI output is not compatible with my HDMI KVM switch as doesn't detect a device so will not send video. Only way round this is to use a VEGA D-Sub (image not as sharp). Later I saw others online reporting such an issue. When in Standby the (very bright) blue power LED flashes (Very annoying as the light leaks through the ventilation holes and illuminates the vicinity in Blue flashing light) - No the Police are not in my desk....Also you can hear the LED switching as is not suppressed. Fan is a bit loud. So over all good, but check your use case. How many USB's do you need? Are you using a KVM switch. Will flashing light on standby disturb you? Will just having 2 Ram slots be OK?

Perfect for these WFH lockdown days - slap a decent ryzen 4700G in it with RAm and an SSd and your good to go
