Q: If in the next year I wanted to upgrade a few things would that void the warranty or is everything covered individually? For example say I wanted to add a bigger graphics card and had to replace the PSU to allow for this would the other components such as the motherboard and processor still be covered?
Answer by Website User on 26th September 2016
Any parts that haven't been changed will still be covered under the warranty however any changes that result in the motherboard being removed from the case will void the warranty. -Danlevan

Q: I have a 2yr collect & repair warranty as my rig was built by you, however I have upgraded the graphics card from gtx 980ti to a gtx 1080, would this single change later my warranty.
Answer by Dan on 8th August 2016
No, your warranty will still be fine. The new card won't be covered by it, but the rest of the system will be unaffected. -Danlevan

Q: with a larger pc, a mid ATX tower custom built for example would the warranty be voided if the case were opened or is the warranty based on the actual functionality?
Answer by Dan on 25th January 2016
We don't warranty seal our systems so there's no problem with you opening the system up to add parts. We'd consider the warranty void if the motherboard is removed from the case. -Danlevan
