I bought a Motherboard bundle from CCL in 2008. It stopped working last week. I was told that it was still under warranty and would be replaced. It was replaced, but due to my lack of pc knowledge I had several problems it getting it to work. I then had to contact CCL by phone and in person (last Saturday morning) to resolve my problems and I must congratulate your telephone support (Luke) and the two guys on the tech desk (sorry dont know their names) on Saturday morning for their help and patience. It makes a refreshing change to encounter such excellent after sales service.

Just had to say a BIG BIG BIG THANK YOU.
I have had a problem with my Belkin Wireless on this desktop for eons. Belkin and Norton have tried innumerable times to sort it, I have had hours of frustration.

I tried to order a new TV from another major online supplier earlier this week. This turned into a nightmare as that supplier couldn't decide whether or not it had enough stock. This process wasted two days and would have wasted more, so I had to cancel the order.
I then found CCL's website and I'm glad I did. I ordered the same model of TV at 4pm yesterday and received it at 10.45am today. This is excellent service -- thank you CCL!
