Q: Is the model you are selling completely black - or does it have the grey part on the front bezel as shown in the photograph? I only ask as I have seen this case on a couple of other sites with the same main photograph but with others showing a completely black front bezel.

The front panel of this case is glossy, the grey in the picture is simply a reflection and it is all black. -Danlevan

Q: I bought this case having seen the reviews. Reasonably priced and good internal space, though my Intel G870 cooling fan doesn't fit. I used an Asus P8H61-I motherboard, which fit in perfectly, and a 1-TB WD HDD. I've connected everything up as per the motherboard handbook. Only problem is: when I hit the power switch at the back of the case the only thing that happens is the on-board indicator LED comes on (ie there's power going to the motherboard). Nothing else. Nada. The PSU fan doesn't start and, when I hit either the power or the reset button at the front of the case, nothing else does. I have tried swapping around the power / reset connectors, on the off chance I got the polarities wrong, but to no effect. I even tried powering up with the CPU fan fitted (and the top of the case off) just in case this made a difference - it didn't. This is driving me nuts. Any suggestions?

Q: Will the ASrock fm2a75m and amd a8 5600 k fit in this ? what are the options with heatsinks ? Guessing it will get pretty warm inside that.

The ITX version of that motherboard will fit, but there is also a Micro ATX version which would not. I don't think the stock AMD cooler will fit, but something like the low profile Zalman on CLR0429 should be fine. -Danlevan

Q: Does the PSU accept 100-240v or just 240v, ie is it Universal AC input ?

The power supply will take a standard UK power input of 240V - Danlevan
