TP-LINK's TL-WDR4300 is a performance optimized simultaneous dual band wireless router combining the blazing fast speeds of 450Mbps using the crystal clear 5GHz band and 300Mbps using the traditional 2.4GHz band. With simultaneous dual band, users have 750Mbps of total bandwidth to power numerous bandwidth intensive applications at the same time around a large home or office setting, where simple tasks such as e-mail or web browsing can be handled by the 2.4GHz band at 300Mbps and more latency sensitive tasks such as online gaming or HD video streaming can be processed over the 5GHz band at 450Mbps, at the same time. With five Gigabit ports and 800Mbps+ hardware NAT, your wired devices will have lightning-fast, lag-free connections and, in addition to 2 USB 2.0 ports capable of sharing flash storage, printers, ftp servers and media players, users can power a robust home media network. The TL-WDR4300 broadcasts and receives both 2.4GHz and 5GHz connections simultaneously at 300Mbps and 450Mbps respective speeds. Like two wireless routers in one, this allows users to run day-to-day applications, such as e-mail and web browsing over the 2.4GHz band at 300Mbps while using bandwidth intensive or latency sensitive applications, such as streaming HD video or playing online games, over the clearer 5GHz band at 450Mbps, at the same time.

Using the TL-WDR4300's two multi-functional USB 2.0 ports, users can share printers, files and media either throughout the network at home with several different computers or even away, using the device's ftp server functions so that you never have to part with your files. With one Gigabit WAN port and four Gigabit LAN ports, the TL-WDR4300 is able to support a robust and extremely fast wired network, ideal for latency-sensitive applications such as HD media and online gaming. With built-in gigabit Ethernet switch and a Hardware NAT function, the wireless router provides powerful data processing capabilities. Its NAT WAN to LAN throughput can achieve up to 800Mbps+ allowing users to unleash the full potential of their networks. TL-WDR4300 supports IP QoS (Quality of Service), allowing optimum utilization of bandwidth and offering bandwidth control over congestion, preventing bandwidth abuse. In this way, users of a small network receive committed and specific bandwidth, preventing non-critical applications from degrading network performance.

Main Features:

  • Simultaneous 2.4GHz 300Mbps and 5GHz 450Mbps connections for 750Mbps of total available bandwidth

Do you have a question about the TP-Link N750 Wireless Dual Band Gigabit Router?

Q: What steps do i take so that my router is down from 11 at night till 6 in morning so my kids cant go online during night
Answer by CCL on 28th December 2012
If you go into the settings for the router and go to Security > Schedule there are options there for setting up blocking between set times. For detailed information consult chapter 4 of the manual, the Content Filtering Settings section. http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/WNDR4000/WNDR4000-750_UM_18Mar11.pdf -Danlevan

Q: How do i connect that i get 5 Ghz connection speed When i setup laptop it only shows 2.4 in available network connections
Answer by CCL on 28th December 2012
If your laptop does not use a new Wireless N connection it would not be able to connect to the 5Ghz signal as 5ghz does not work with backwards compatibility for older connection types. for further assistance, I would contact our technical team on 01274 471204 or technical@cclonline.com -Danlevan

This Router is fastest to date and has been my third and out of my previous Netgear that was rubbish compared to the Dlink (DIR 825) that died on me after 2 years So as i prefer to use a Dual band router capable of using both band widths at same time I opted for this TP link's N750 along with N600 for compatibilities needs (and it's excellent security functionality as well) with my TP link's AC point WA901ND. N750 is amazingly easy to set up compared to previous routers and much faster and reliable. Before in upstairs bed room where Xbox360s is i was lucky to get 2-3 bars sometimes only 1 if pc was in use. Now with new router and TP link's WA901ND AC set up as a repeater i get all the 4 bars lit up with no drop-outs when pc's in use . Well worth the cash & well priced for a mid to top ranged product. Never do reviews but the service was 10/10.
