Sky do not list compatibility with many USB adapters aside from their official one, I do not know if this will work unfortunately. -Danlevan

Q: does this work as wifi pc to tv? I have got a pc, wanted to connect this wirelessly to my home router (basic talktalk one) and I want my tv (lg netcast enabled with usb and ethernet port but not wifi tv or smart tv) linked to the pc wirelessly what do I need for that? 2 of those dongles? regards

You would be able to use this to connect your PC to your wireless router, but this would not work to connect your TV. Wireless adapters for TV's are manufacturer specific, so you would need to buy the one stated in the manual that came with your TV. -MR

This product does not support Linux variants out of the box - you would need to see if there are any drivers available for the product for your distribution of Linux. -MR
