Do you have you a question about the Kingston 120GB HyperX 3K SSD Kit?

Q: I have one of these for my desktop, can they be fitted to a laptop to replace the existing hard drive? I have an Acer Aspire V3-771G i5-3230M
Answer by Matthew on 7th March 2014
If your laptop can support a drive height of 9.5mm, this drive can be used with it, although bear in mind you will have to install Windows to it. -MR

Q: Hi.Why do different drive sizes have different IOPS? How important are IOPS when comparing SSD specs, please? Thanks.Chris
Answer by Matthew on 7th February 2014
Essentially, the larger the capacity of the drive the faster it can go - this is why smaller drives can manage much less IOPS than larger ones. -MR
