It just means it does not have a boot sector so needs the partition creating (Fdisk). All fresh installs of an operating system will do this for you or if its a second drive it can be done in computer management via Cpanel.

The drive is being sold as brand new/un-used but OEM so it comes with a 1yr warranty. nl
