Q: On the spec sheet for this processor it says Memory Memory Types DDR3-1866MHz Does this mean this is the highest speed the memory can be when with this CPU?

That is correct, it also depends on your motherboard choice too, you would need a board that can support that memory speed to get full performance. Regards Mike
