Your card will fit on this motherboard fine, just make sure you have a large enough case and power supply to handle it. -MR

Hi, I am looking to get this bundle and was wondering if you could recommend some suitable power supplies. I will be running 1 hdd (but possibly looking at getting another soon), 1 dvd-rw drive, 15-1 in one multicard reader, pci wifi card, and also amd radeon hd 6450 graphics card. My pc currently has 300W psu but not sure about number of pins and stuff. Not sure if case size matters but its: Height: 38.7 cm (15.23 inches) Width: 17.5 cm (6.89 inches) Length: 41.4 cm (16.29 inches). Many Thanks.

The FSP power supply we have on code PSU0486 will be more than sufficient for that system. -Danlevan

Can you tell me if the ACE 600w Black PSU PSU0228 is compatable with this bundle.
Posted on Friday 8th February 2013 at 11:22
No, you would need a power supply with an 8-pin CPU connector and the power supply you have specified only has a 4-pin CPU connector. -MR

Could you tell me whether this motherboard will fit and have the corect power supply and connectors to go into one of your cases correctly?
The case in question is the Galaxy III Black that you have in your cases section.
Posted on Thursday 7th February 2013 at 14:03
Unfortunately this would not fit as the Galaxy III Black case only supports ATX motherboards and the motherboard used in this bundle is MicroATX. -MR

I'm wanting to fit this bundle in my existing tower, can you recommend a PSU that will fit, the tower is only 165mm wide? Many thanks

It possible it would take a standard ATX PSU, If you could e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with more details of your tower(make and model) or the dimensions of the PSU that is in it, we will be able to make and accurate recommendation for you. Regards, Mike

I noticed in the Specification that the M/Board has IDE support. Will my exisitng IDE drives run with this M/Board or do I have to 'convert/upgrade' to SATA?
Posted on Friday 25th January 2013 at 10:10
Yes, this board supports IDE and can run up to two IDE devices. Regards, Mike

Hi Ihave a coolermaster m520 power supply ive noticed that this board takes a 6 pin 12 volt connection in my cables i have a 6 pin cpu cable that has 6 pins the one im using at the moment is the 4 pin cpu cable so i assume my power supply will be compatable with this board
Posted on Wednesday 5th December 2012 at 11:14
This motherboard bundle requires an 8pin connection and not a 6 pin. The 6 pin you are referring to will most likely be for the graphics card.

The Motherboard is described as "having support" for on-board graphics - could you confirm that this bundle actually does have on-board graphics and if so what the specs are please.
Posted on Tuesday 30th October 2012 at 11:39
The motherboard does indeed support on-board graphics, but the FX-6100 processor does not have integrated graphics so you would need a graphics card with this processor. -Danlevan

Sorry very old fashioned of me but have a couple of IDE hard drives, is there an IDE port on this board?

All of our bundles now are built around boards that use the SATA interface only.
Hope this helps

I was looking at a graphics card and a PC case, and was wondering if you could tell me if the below would work without any issues and be compatible with the motherboard & bundle.
Graphics (and if it is better or worse than the on board one)

Yes these will all be compatible.
Posted on Sunday 10th June 2012 at 12:59
Which of your power supplies would you recommend for this bundle.
Posted on Tuesday 12th June 2012 at 14:54
That would depend on the rest of the system, 350W would be more than sufficient for just this bundle with hard drive and optical drive, but if you were to add a graphics card as well more would be required. -Danlevan

do i need a sata, sata II or sata III for this bundle?

The motherboard has SATA II ports, but all SATA versions are backwards and forwards compatible, so all should work without problem. -Danlevan
