This system uses a high quality XFX power supply which is not very loud, and the stock Intel fan on the processor which do not tend to be particularly noisy. -Danlevan

Q: can this run games such as battlefield 3 and call of duty

Yes, this will be able to run those games. Battlefield 3 at 1080P resolution will be able to run medium settings, high is also possible at this resolution however on the larger maps you might see occasional drops in frame rate. At 720P or lower resolutions you will be looking at being able to use the high/ultra settings. -Danlevan
