There have been a lot of cases of BSOD with this drive so I figured best to update to the latest firmware. Flashing the drive's bios did not work under Windows 7. I followed all the advice: primary sata header, ahci mode in bios, not doing it when it was a boot drive. I had to download a linux boot disc from the ocz forums. After this, all worked fine. Running on Sata 2 and h2test2 gave me the following results 153mb/s read, 129 mb/s write (average of three tests)
