When you purchase our laptop checking service it allows us to open up your laptop box and conduct an inspection of your product to ensure that there is nothing faulty and no disappointments on delivery day.

Our Laptop checking service includes:

• A physical check of the machine to ensure there are no defects.
• A guarantee of no dead or permenantly lit pixels.
• A performance check to make sure that your system runs correctly.
• A seven day enhanced warranty is included with our laptop checking service that covers everything we check. If you have any hardware problems within seven days of buying your laptop we will refund the cost of the checking service, collect your faulty laptop and change it with a fully checked replacement

Please Note:

• Mail Order: Please be assured we will do everything to ship orders same day however, your order may be delayed by one to two working days for the checks to be completed.
• Collection In Store: Please allow one extra working day for us to complete the checks.
• Quantity  Each checking service only covers one individual laptop, if multiple laptops are purchased and you wish them to be checked, a checking service will need to be purchased for each individual laptop.
