Yes this memory will be compatible, however it will reduce its speed to run at 1333MHz as that is the maximum speed of RAM your motherboard supports without overclocking. -MR

Q: Hi I have an asus m4a785td-v evo motherboard and an amd phenom 2 x4 965 processor will this ram be compatible

This board will support this memory, however , the memory will run at 1333MHz speeds initially. You would need to overclock the memory via the Bios screen for it to run at 1600MHz. Regards Mike
