Q: I know it states it is compatible with Apple Macs, but is it compatible with the MacBook Pro? If so, how does it connect? If not, can you recommend a touchscreen monitor that does? Thanks!

This will work as a monitor with a Mac, but I'm not aware of any touchscreens that we sell that are Mac compatible for touch features unfortunately. -Danlevan

Q: Hi, You say this monitor will work with win8 Could you please tell me about the limitatations. I know that's a big question! I want to know can the menu bar that comes in from the right side of the screen be accessed? I only have the use of one hand so more than two touch points are of no concern to me. Also do you sell the 24" inch version of this monitor? if so could you please give me a price? and advise if it has the same limitations. Kind Regards. Gary

We have one of these set up on a Windows 8 machine in our showroom and while you can *just* get the charms bar to open, its very tricky and takes multiple tries for it to respond. While the actual touchscreen input is fine, for the gestures you would be better off using a mouse unfortunately. -Danlevan

This monitor supports Windows 8 using the touch screen however it will not support any gestures invloving more than two fingers as the monitor only supports two touch points. -MR

No, this monitor only functions with a computer. I am not aware of any monitor that can be connected like this with an iPad, and do not think this is possible. -Danlevan

This monitor requires a USB port for the touchscreen functionality, it does not have any USB ports to connect devices to. -Danlevan

Q: I was wondering if this will enable me to navigate a web browser, whilst playing a game on my other monitor ? or would it drop out of the game as soon as I touch the browser screen. (DayZ Game on main, Dayz Map on touch)

It will require you to come out of your game to access the maps on your second screen.

Q: Hi, can you tell me if the touch screen functionality is compatible with Windows XP? I have read elsewhere that the multi-touch functionality is a Windows 7 only feature but I would be ok if this screen is single touch operational in Windows XP.

There is no multi touch driver for this monitor for Windows XP, however I have found a beta driver for single touch on Iiyama's German website, which can be found here: http://www.iiyama.com/de_de/produkte/prolite-t2250mts-1/#downloads The installer for this will likely be in German, but the driver apparently works fine.

I have bought this monitor and use it with Windows XP as a single touch monitor, there is a beta driver available from LIYAMA German website

Q: hi ya im tryin to find a touch screen for me to use for doing digital artwork please could you tell me if it has a resistive screen and does it come with a stylus for drawing and if not is it easy to find one compatable any info would be much appreciated thanks phil

Unfortunately all i have been able to find out is that the screen is a optical multitouch variety, there is very little information as to whether that is a resistive screen or not. It does however come with a stylus.
