CCL Monitor Checking Service - (Incurs 1-2 day delay)

As always when buying a new Monitor, you want to be sure that you’re in safe hands which is completely understandable. At CCL we put all our emphasis on looking after our customers and their products and as a result we have won the PC Pro best online retailer award three years in a row!

When you purchase our Monitor checking service it allows us to open up your Monitor box and conduct an inspection of your product to ensure that there is nothing faulty and no disappointments on delivery day.

Our Monitor Checking Service for monitors up to and including 22" Includes:

• A physical check of the Monitor to ensure there are no defects.
• A guarantee of no dead or permanently lit pixels.
• A seven day enhanced warranty is included with our Monitor Checking Service that covers everything we check. If you have any hardware problems within seven days of buying your Monitor we will refund the cost of the checking service, collect your faulty Monitor and change it with a fully checked replacement.
• Please inspect and report any faults within 7 days. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot guarantee the screen will not develop dead pixels beyond this period.

• Mail Orders
  Please be assured we will do everything to ship orders same day. However, your order my be delayed by one to two working days for the checks to be completed, dependent upon further stock being available.
• Collection In Store
  Please allow 1 extra working day for us to complate the checks, dependent upon furthe stock being available.
• Quantity  Each Checking service only covers one individual monitor, if multiple monitors are purchased and you wish them to be checked, a checking service will need to be purchased for each individual monitor.
