How do I get my PC / Laptop serviced?

There are two ways you can have your PC system or laptop serviced by CCL:

• In Person: Bring your system/laptop into our Technical Counter (next door to our showroom) in Tong (view directions) where it will be booked in following a discussion with a member of the CCL technical team to ensure a repair can be carried out on your computer. If you require any further details, please contact our technical dept. on 01274 471 205 or returns@cclonline.com.
• Collect & Return Service: Just contact our returns department on 01274 471 205 or returns@cclonline.com who discuss the different services and arrange a convient collection time. Our collect and return service costs just £14.99 inc VAT and covers both courier collection and re-delivery.
