Delivery Pricing
The various options together with cost of delivery for your parcel will always be shown on your order page, but here is a summary of our pricing structure. Please also see our FAQs about delivery.
Last order time
To ensure we have time to process your order please place your order by 5pm.
"Cheap and Small" Free Delivery
If the item you are ordering is below a certain weight, size and cost we can send it to you for free. Look out for the 'Free Delivery' lorry next to product listings.
If you order further items that are not included in this offer you will have to pay a delivery charge.
Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery
This service can be used for the delivery of goods under the value of £100 and weight of under 500g. Most items are delivered by the next working day although deliveries can take up to 5 working days. If there is no one at the delivery address to accept the parcel, the customer will be carded and the parcel can be collected from local sorting office. This service isn't trackable until delivery.

Courier Services (excluding Citylink)
We generally use DPD because of their award winning service and unparalleled delivery options. Their carriage charges are as follows, though certain postcodes will attract a premium, please see below:
For a next day (or nominated day) one hour time slot
- For orders up to 20kg: £5.99
- For orders over 20kg: add 25p per kilo
- Some heavy / bulky items may incur further charges – Please contact our sales team for further details.
Timed services next day or nominated day (not available in all areas)
- Delivery before 10am: £17.99 up to 10kg; then 24p per kilo over 10kg
- Delivery by 12 noon: £13.00 up to 10kg; then 24p per kilo over 10kg
Next or nominated day Saturday Deliveries
- £11.99 up to 5kg
- £12.99 up to 10kg
Economy carriage (5-7 day delivery)
- For orders under £50 - £5.40
- For orders over £50 - FREE
Deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands
- Channel Islands and Northern Ireland
- Next day: £12.00 up to 10kg and 48p per kilo thereafter
- Two day: £9.60 up to 10kg and 36p per kilo thereafter
- Scottish Highlands and offshore islands
- Two day only: £9.60 up to 10kg and 36p per kilo thereafter
Citylink Charges
Unfortunately Citylink have recently increased their costs, so we have sadly had to increase the amount we charge our customers. However we appreciate that some people still want Citylink to deliver their parcels, so we will continue to offer this service. Their charges for next day delivery are as follows:
- £8.40 up to 10kg and 42p per kilo thereafter
NB. Deliveries to Eire and Channel Islands are not currently available via our website. Carriage costs can be obtained by phone - please ask at time of ordering.
Liability for Delivery Dates
Because all deliveries are subject to clearance of funds and stock availability, this combined with the third party nature of courier services means that, whilst we always try to keep to promised delivery dates, occasionally goods may arrive late. Invariably this is to do with factors outside of CCL's control. For this reason we cannot offer guarantees on delivery dates or accept any liability for losses as a result of late deliveries.
