To take advantage of the CCL price promise, simply contact us by email at pricepromise@cclonline.com including the following details:

• Your CCL order/invoice number.
• The CCL product code of the item you have found at a lower price.
• A link to the web page showing the lower price.

We will then refund 120% of the difference to your original method of payment within 7 days.

Terms & Conditions

Our price promise applies to products where:

• The item is marked as having the CCL price promise on the product page.
• The comparison is like for like (i.e. includes carriage and any other additional charges).
• The competitor is a recognised UK Etailer (i.e. would not apply to an individual seller on eBay or similar)
• The item is in stock and available for immediate delivery from the other UK Etailer.
• The item is brand new (i.e. not a clearance, reconditioned, refurbished or b-grade item).
• The item is the same manufacturer part code and same specification.
• The competitor item is not part of a larger promotion or bundle or limited offer 'special'.
• The items are being sold under the same terms and conditions ie are not at special financing prices, contract prices or volume discount prices.
