Warranties
All goods are supplied with a 12 months RTB (return to base) warranty, unless otherwise stated, with the following exceptions:
 
CCL Prebuilt Systems 
  • Our CCL Entry Level and CCL Gamer Systems are supplied with a 12 months return to base warranty.
  • Our CCL Mid Range and CCL High End Systems are supplied with a 1 year onsite warranty which covers all hardware failure. This is provided by LASCO - tel 01905 796400
Monitors
Most monitors are supplied with 3 year on-site warranty provided by the relevant manufacturer, however we highly recommend customers to check their warranty details as there can be vast differences across makes and models.

Seeking advice from the manufacturer does not affect your legal statutory rights.
 
After one month of use, the right to a product replacement/refund ends and a repair service is offered if a product develops a fault. Please take note that it is not CCL Computers that carries out the repair.

Edimax Service Department
All products come with a 25 month warranty; 2 years plus 1 month to allow for shelf time.  
 
You can contact the Edimax Technical Support Line on 0845-1238307 (local call rate).  Lines are open 08:30-18:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:30 - 16:00 on Fridays or via email to info@edimax.co.uk.  The support is UK based.
 
Edimax believe that 99% of set-up and installation issues can be resolved over the phone using Edimax's technical services and would encourage end-users to call them directly with any queries before contacting the reseller.   Should there be issues of DOA or non-conformity the end-user can return directly to Edimax for replacement or back via their reseller for replacement.  For failures under the warranty period the device can be returned directly to Edimax following contact with Edimax Technical Support

Clearance Items
All clearance items are supplied with a 90 Day Warranty unless otherwise stated.

Q. An item purchased is faulty, can I have a refund on my return postage?
A. For mail order goods, we will only refund postage up to £6.46 on defective items within 30 days of purchase, after this period the return to base warranty applies. Items over £70 in value that develop a fault within 30 days, will be collected by CityLink.
