1.0 CCL accepts the following payment methods:
Telephone Mail Order and Trade Counter Purchases

- Cheque
- Postal Order
- Fund Transfer
- Cash
- Purchase Order (account customers only)
Credit card transactions incur a 2.5% surcharge on trade counter purchases and 1.5% on telephone mail purchases. Transax surcharge of 2.5% + VAT applies to cheques over £50 sterling.

Credit card surcharge applies to reseller customers and is applied at 1.5%
2.0 Delivery of goods paid by Credit/Debit Card
- Due to the prevalence of credit card fraud all orders placed within the first three months of trading must be delivered to the cardholders registered address. If delivery is required to an alternative address within this period then further address verification checks are required. In this event please contact our accounts department. NB first orders MUST be delivered to the cardholders address irrespective.
3.0 CHAPS
- Payment can allow goods to be shipped same day.
4.0 Electronic Funds Transfer
- To make payment by electronic funds transfer, you will require the following details.

5.0 Cash paid into CCL’s account
- With notification by customers’ bank to ours, will allow next day processing.
6.0 BACS
- Payments will be processed in 2 days
7.0 Non-Transaxed Cheques
- Will take at least 8 days to clear
