I personally think if you're looking at using the system for say music composition, 3D design or video rendering then yes, a lot of applications like Adobe: After Effects for example will nom nom up all the RAM you can give them. So the bigger the better in that instance.

That looks like quite a good motherboard, but is up to 64GB actually needed?
